Celebrating our new Front of House Supervisor, Alysha

We are happy to share the role transferal of Alysha, who has been with us from the beginning of Climb Quest.

Alysha originally began as a casual team member in the Front of House Team and was involved with our in-house training which built up her skills across both the café and climbing departments. Alysha’s commitment then led to promotion, taking on the role of Climbing Supervisor in September 2022.  During the time Alysha worked on the climbing arena, she built up an excellent rapport with the children and regular customers. Alysha has flourished during her time at Climb Quest and has always taken great pride in her role.

With our latest departure of our FOH Supervisor Kenzie, who has also been with us from Day One, Alysha has shifted back to her original ground, positioning herself in full-time FOH operations. Rather than actively working on the climbing arena, you will now see Alysha as the friendly face behind reception, welcoming you and dealing with your enquiries.

Jamie, one of our Co-Centre Manager, in charge of FOH operations says:

‘I am delighted that Alysha has accepted the FOH role. Having worked alongside her for 4 years, I have seen her develop outstanding customer service and always going the extra mile for our customers. I look forward to working with her, in her next chapter of Climb Quest.’
