Party Features
• £19.50 p/climber SAVE £4 p/climber* (Fridays)
• £17.50 p/climber SAVE £6 p/climber* (Monday and Tuesday)

• 2 hour party - 30 minutes for the safety briefing, 60 minutes for climbing and de-harnessing, and 30 minutes for your birthday meal in our party area

Saturday – Every hour from 10.30 to 15:30
Sunday – Every hour from 10:30 to 15:30
If you would like to hold a party at any other time, please contact the centre directly or email us to enquire about availability.
How long do the parties last for?
Changing numbers for parties and refunds
Increasing numbers of climbers
If you need to increase your numbers, we can only let you have places that are available within that session. Please give us a much notice as possible. This is normally not possible on the day.
Decreasing numbers of climbers
If we have 7 days’ notice, we can issue a refund for places that are not needed. This will be done onto the payment method that you originally paid with. Please note that we cannot reduce the numbers past the minimum number allowed for your party. If you give us less than 7 days' notice to reduce the numbers in your party, we can refund up to 2 places.
However, this is not a cash refund. The amount of your refund can either be used in our cafe on the day, or refunded onto a Climb Quest gift card to be used to book other climbing sessions. These gift cards expire after 3 months.
Paying for the party
You can pay a deposit for the minimum number of party climbers to secure your booking if you call the centre to book. We will call you for the balance a week before your party. We will be in touch to check dietary requirements a week before your party, or you can call us on 01908 348 900.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All of the sweets in our party gift are vegetarian.

Make your party extra special
We can help you make your birthday party extra special with Climb Quest merchandise. We can add on branded water bottles, keyrings, pencils and wristbands for your party guests. For pricing, please call the centre.
